Rajat is based in Singapore and is responsible for driving the global InsureMO platform business.

Prior to joining eBaoTech, Rajat has been in various roles like Product Management, M&A, Strategy and Sales for HCL Technologies managing regional portfolios and has been with various early stage start-ups building products and driving growth.

Rajat holds a MBA degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago and Great Lakes Institute of Management, India and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering from the IP University, India.

Chungang joined eBaoTech in 2005, served as the architect of life insurance product line in R&D department and was in charge of the productization research of life insurance core system. During his work in the R&D department, he successively served as Delivery Manager, Product Director and General Manager of life insurance R&D department. In 2017, he was appointed as vice president and general manager of R&D department.

Prior to eBaoTech, Chungang was the Product Director in Powerise Software Park Inc, in charge of the research and delivery of China Social Insurance product line.

Chungang graduated from Hunan University, holds a bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering.

Ken manages global product and innovation for the InsureMO platform. His remit includes extending the suite of features within InsureMO and building digital content.

In 2008 he co-founded and managed TekInsure – an Australian Insurtech startup, specializing in Commercial Insurance Policy Administration & Distribution across many regions. Prior to this, he held a number of management roles at Allianz Australia, software companies and within sports management.

Ken holds a degree in pure Economics from University College Dublin.

Tomek has held key executive positions at eBaoTech since the company started in Europe in 2004.

Before co-founding eBaoTech in Europe, Tomek worked at Winterthur Insurance (now AXA), where he was a Vice President driving operational excellence and performance improvement programs across Europe, including insurance portfolio migrations, product and process simplification, new system selections and implementations.

Prior to Winterthur Insurance, Tomek was with PwC leading various IT, Operations and Finance advisory projects at insurance and reinsurance clients in Europe.

Tomek holds an international MBA degree, CPA and Swiss insurance broker license.

Martin Crew joined eBaoTech in 2013 and is currently responsible for professional services, sales and marketing for eBaoTech Americas and selected strategic, global accounts.

Prior to eBaoTech, Martin worked for consulting companies such as Accenture, and Wipro Technologies, delivering complex global transformational programs and application support for clients such as Allstate Insurance, Aon and CNA Insurance.

Martin holds an MBA from Boston University and Bachelors from The University of Michigan. GO BLUE!

Antang joined eBaoTech in 2006, leaded and involved in the development and implementation of many General insurance and Life insurance core system projects. He served as the business head of North China Segment and Taiwan Segment successively, and currently is the general manager of North Asia Cloud Division.

Since 2016, he has been mainly responsible for the innovation and development of the Cloud business in China.

Antang graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with a bachelor's degree in computer science and technology.

Joined eBaoTech in 2000, Jianhong has been providing innovative IT solutions and consulting services to insurance companies for more than 20 years. He currently is the vice president and general manager of North Asia Software business unit.

Jianhong is a veteran in Insurance industry. Prior to eBaoTech, Jianhong worked in Ping An Insurance for nearly 7 years, taking various roles such as claim manager, senior underwriter, head of business office.

Jianhong graduated from Zhejiang University, majoring in material science and engineering.

Augustine joined eBaoTech in 2004. Augustine is the general manager of Southeast Asia & South Asia Region and is the P&L holder of the region with overall oversight and responsibility for all customer success, acquisitions and engagements in the region.

During his 17 years in eBaoTech, Augustine started the eBaoTech’s business in South East Asia region from the ground up. Prior to eBaoTech, Augustine was leading the insurance and wealth management practice for a locally listed company in Singapore.

Augustine holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore.

Fred is the general manager of SEA Cloud Business Unit and is the P&L holder of the regions with overall oversight and responsibility for all project implementations, customer success, and account engagements for both public and private cloud solutions. 

Prior to eBaoTech, Fred worked as consultant and managers for various global consulting companies. 

Fred holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of South Australia and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Tongji University.

Daniel brings more than 20 years of financial software delivery experience. Daniel joined eBaoTech in 2010 and served as quality and engineering director for the company’s global delivery center. Later on he was appointed as senior project director, managing large project portfolios for South Asia and SEA (SSA) Business Unit.

Currently Daniel is the head of operation for SSA Business Unit and the GM of Application Management Service segment as the P&L holder of all existing post-production customers. Daniel is also the key leader to drive Life Open Framework of insurance core system modernization, leading early client adoption and R&D work for new Life apps and pre-sales support.

Prior to eBaoTech, Daniel was the development director of Augmentum, helping global clients for enterprise digital transformation and innovations.

Daniel holds a Master degree of software engineering from East China Normal University.

Yue Peng joined eBaoTech in 2006 as a senior manager, responsible for driving customer success and partner network in Japan. Peng led the successful implementations of eBaoTech’s first projects in Japan market and established strategic partnership with local business partners, laying solid foundation for the company’s further growth in this market. Since 2019, Peng started manage eBaoTech’s operation in Taiwan area in addition to Japan business.

Peng currently is the head of operation for Japan and Taiwan business units as the P&L holder of the regions with overall responsibility for all customer success and engagements.

Peng holds a Master of Engineering degree and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Tokyo Institute of Technology in Japan.

Woody Mo has served as President and CEO of eBaoTech since founding the company in 2000.

Prior to founding eBaoTech, Woody worked at McKinsey & Company as a management consultant and IBM T. J. Watson Research Center as a research scientist at Physical Sciences Department.

Woody holds a Ph.D. in physics from University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Daniel joined eBaoTech in 2011. He started as Finance Manager to manage the overseas financial and group reporting, treasury. Then he took various leadership roles as Financial Controller and Finance Director with increasing responsibilities. He is also deeply involved in a broad range of operations including project financials management, budget execution, performance measurement etc. Now Daniel leads the company’s global financial operations and investor relations.

Prior to joining eBaoTech, Daniel worked for KPMG as an auditor.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University.
